ALL creative Tonies are the same price, I have had to increase the price of the singer creative as this Tonie is no longer available and so needs to be imported.

CREATIVE TONIES CONTENT

ALL creative Tonies fit up to 90 minutes of content. I paint custom creations but I am unable to add any content as Tonies are linked to your account/household, the content would be locked and no one would be able to change it besides me, there are also laws against providing content that is not mine, unfortunately no creative Tonie maker will be able to load your creative with content. I am more than happy to help with this process and there is a wonderful guide on the Tonies website too.

CURRENT ORDERS AND TURN AROUND TIME 
If your enquiry is relating to a current order, please have your order number ready.
My current turn around time is 4-5weeks. (I do not work every weekend and this does not include postal times.) Please check your confirmation email to find when you can expect your order to arrive after receiving your shipping email. 

ALL TRACKING information, please check your dispatch email, any problems just ask.

EXPRESS ORDERS

If you need your order for a certain date or event, PLEASE message before you order to check that I am able to do this in time, I am ALWAYS happy to help and do the best I can with getting your order to you in time. Any orders with a note after ordering that hasn't been discussed may be missed. 

-Please note there will be an additional surcharge for express orders. There is also express shipping available when ordering.

BULK DISCOUNTS
I do not offer discounts for more than one Tonie I'm afraid, I do however offer wholesale discount for 20+ Tonies. Each Tonie takes me anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days. I hope you can understand why I am not in a position to offer discounts.

DO YOU SHIP TO ME? 

I ship to USA, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, UK etc. This is available upon checkout. UK shipping is free and tracked, there is an option to upgrade shipping to first class for UK.  I do not ship to Ireland/Northern Ireland or Canada at the moment I'm sorry.
