What's the current turn around time?

-My current turn around is 3-4 weeks (updated weekly.)

When is the last date I can order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?

-Friday 28th November 2025. All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked 48, for the rest of the world I use Royal Mail tracked international. (around 10 days.)

Are your peg dolls CE / UKCA tested?

-YES!

Do you do rush orders?

-I'm more than happy to bust my butt to get your order to you a little sooner if you need it for a special occasion etc but please contact me first. I won't always be able to, especially if I'm extremely busy. You can use the contact page on the website to send me an email, I'll get back to you as fast as I possibly can.

I want something but can't find it on the website?

Just pop me an email using the 'contact' page, I'm always happy to remake past makes and even work with you to come up with the perfect new design.
